User accounts have already been transferred over to the new system. However, some of your data will not be retained in the new system. All information in your account up to February 14th will remain. Any information after Febrary 14th WILL NOT BE RETAINED. If you received any important emails after February 14th or added individuals to you Address Book you will have to manually save that information on your computer. This situation was unavoidable and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of this.

There are approximately 55 users with email usernames that are not compatible with the new system because the username contains certain characters or the username is too long or too short. Click here to see if you are on this list. If you are on the list, you will need to save any important email information to you computer. After March 10th we invite you to come and create a new email account. We will make every attempt to migrate the old email information to the new email account that you create. You may request that help by contacting us here. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have attempted to contact the folks at Community Architect for the past 6 months to work with them to ensure a smooth transition for all Racemail.com Hosted Webpages. However, they have never responded to our requests, certified letters, or other communication attempts. Racemail.com and GoMotorsports.com receive no revenue for the webpages hosted with Community Architect and will not be able to assist you in any way with that product. Nothing! The changeover will be seemless to you. Simply go to your login page as you normally do and login with your same username and password.
